Okay.... Creative Asian Dish, I would suggest a desert Sushi - inspired by all the very weird Asian deserts

Place on top Red Natural Dried Fruit Strip (aka roll ups) to look like salmon
service with a side of peppermint crisp puree (to look like wasabi!)
